Dear King Orthodontics patients families
Dr. King has been closely following the ever-changing recommendations of the authorities including the World Health Organization, the Center for Disease Control, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Currently, these organizations are recommending that we maintain Social Distancing through April 30. What that means for us is that we can plan on welcoming our patients back into our physical locations on May 15, 2020.
If you have an appointment scheduled for any time prior to May 15, 2020, a member of our team will be reaching out to you in the coming days to reschedule for the earliest possible time. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone and appreciate your understanding as we work to get everyone seen as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we will have someone checking our office voice mail daily during the closure. If you are experiencing any discomfort or have questions about your treatment do not hesitate to call. Someone from our office will get back to you as soon as possible.
You know that patient safety and care are our top priority. We understand that this is not ideal but we are here to help you the best way we can while maintaining the Social Distancing guidelines.
