They’re made of h3, clear plastic that’s custom-molded to your teeth using state-of-the-art 3D technology. To ensure that your treatment stays on course, you must wear them at least 22 hours a day—yet no one will know.
If you are going to eat or drink, just pop them out and place them in a case. You can also take them out when you’re getting ready to brush, floss, and use mouthwash. If you play a contact sport, just take them out before you start, put your sports mouthguard in, and then put your aligners back in when you’re done.
